Butterfly Crime Scene is the second episode of Season One of Impractical Jokers and the second episode overall. It originally aired on December 15, 2011 and had a total of 1.33 million U.S. viewers. The Inside Jokes version aired on October 3, 2019.

Summary[]

The guys challenge each other to apply the most lotion to beach-goers, survey amusement park guests at Six Flags Great Adventure, grab as many groceries from other customers at a grocery store as they can, and pay the least at a frozen yogurt shop. Later, the big loser strikes out on his debut single at a baseball game.

Oceans of Lotion[]

Goal: Use as much sunscreen lotion possible on a person. Whoever uses up the least lotion loses.
Loser: Sal

Shopping Cart Lift[]

Goal: Take as many items as possible from a shopping cart (or the entire cart).
Loser: Sal

Survey Says[]

Goal: Say whatever is on the survey at Six Flags. Questions have little or nothing to do with the amusement park.
Loser: Murr

Weigh Too Much[]

Goal: Pay as little as possible for froyo
Loser: Joe, who was technically disqualified because he was sent out of the store.

Punishment[]

Loser: Sal
Punishment: At a Lakewood BlueClaws baseball game, the other Jokers make up a song for him to sing on the spot. The name was provided for him, Butterfly Crime Scene.
