Charity Case is the fourteenth episode of Season One of Impractical Jokers and the fourteenth episode overall. It aired on April 12, 2012 and it had a total of 1.84 million U.S. viewers.
Summary[]
The guys pose as puppy dog salesmen, try to start a new baseball chant that has nothing to do with baseball, get donations for a Broadway play that doesn't exist, hold the remote to a toy car they cannot control, and teach golf. Later, the big loser is penniless while seeking donations at a movie theater.
Challenges[]
Puppy Pushers[]
- Goal: Do and Say What You're Told.
- Loser: Q because he didn't honk a customer's nose, and Murr because he won't say that dogs have bad breath because they lick their butts.
They are at Puppy City and must do and say what they are told as puppy shop employee.
Cheers and Jeers[]
- Joker vs Joker: Sal vs. Q
- Goal: Get crowd to chant with you.
- Loser: Sal and Q
Q and Sal are at a baseball game and they have to lead a weird chant about something the other guys give them. If they can't get the crowd to chant, they lose. Neither of them got the crowd to chant so they both lose. This is the first Joker vs. Joker Challenge where both participants lose.
"Off" Broadway Producers[]
- Goal: Get the most $$$ for your fake play.
- Loser: Murr, no tip at all.
On Times Square the guys need tips to fund their fake Broadway productions, with ideas given by the other guys, the lowest tip loses.
Control Freaks[]
- Goal: Never say you're sorry
- Loser: After the car bumped behind two people sitting, Murr apologized and lost.
The jokers are in a park and they pretend to control a toy car when it's actually controlled by the other guys. The car will hit other people. They can't say they are sorry or they lose.
Golf Putz[]
- Goal: Do and say what you're told.
- Loser: Joe couldn't "nose" someone's butt.
The jokers teach golf and must do and say what they are told. If they refuse, they lose.
Punishment[]
- Loser: Murr
- Punishment: Before a movie, Murr has to present a charity video made by the other guys and an embarrassing young photo of him is added along with the message "Pigeons need more places to have casual sex" and "Many people think 3 inches is not enough." Murr must explain all the weird video slides.
