Summary[]
Sal, Q, Joe and Murr are at Universal Studios in Hollywood, California; they serve up ridiculous surveys, then make things awkward while posing as maintenance workers; the big loser can't catch a break, no matter how hard he tries.

- Punishment: Q has to go for a ride on the Universal Studios tour and ruin it for everyone by stopping the tram via the red emergency brake cord above. The passengers don't know it, but the tour guide does, as he is in on the whole thing, and everyone on the tour will be hooked up with VIP Passes afterward. No sooner does the tram reach New York Street, Q pulls the cord and the tour guide gets out to check around for the person who pulled the cord, and Q has to ask a stranger when the park closes. The tour guide finds Q and tells him not to pull the cord unless it's an emergency and that the park closes at 10 PM. The tour continues, and Q is told to pull the cord again and asks about slowing down to take pictures. The tour guide reprimands Q again for pulling the cord and the tour resumes. Then, as the bus reaches Old Mexico, Q is told to pull the cord once again and ask how long the ride will be, and the tour guide, once again, reprimands Q for pulling the cord, to the growing annoyance of everyone else on the tour, and the tour resumes. In Six Points, Q pulls the cord again and asks the tour guide "What did you say back there? I missed it". The tour guide reprimands Q again for pulling the cord and Q continues to pull said cord and has to apologize for getting off on the wrong foot. Because of Q being told to pull the emergency cord and the tour guide reprimanding him, half the tour has to be skipped to keep up with the schedule. Finally, Q is told to pull the cord one more time and the tour guide, fed up with Q's misbehavior, notifies security to take him off the tram.
